工作职责：

WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Lead, build and grow the solutions engineering team for Boost.
● Be responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of our sales cycle. Our
SEs have deep technical skills, strong sales acumen, and contact center and Banking
domain expertise.
● Own the technical engagements with our customers and prospects, and work with AEs,
CSMs, and PMs to ensure successful pre- and post- sales customer engagements.
● Work closely with the Engineering team to showcase the technical merits of the Boost
solution.
● Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our prospects to drive revenue by
proactively managing and delivering successful technical engagements.
● Offer organizational design thinking to best structure the team and equip them for
success in their goals.

任职资格：

WHAT TO BRING
● Demonstrated leadership skills and ability attract, build and develop successful solutions
engineering teams.
● 10+ years design, implementation, or consulting experience with distributed applications.
● 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, application, database, and networking
architectures.
● Experience working with external customers (pre-sales, consulting, technology/software sales).
● Experience with financial technology solutions including Core Banking, Digital Banking (Online
and Mobile), Onboarding, and Loan Origination.
● Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic and problem-solving
skills.
● Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, C-Suite communication skills will be a
huge plus.
● Strong ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries
